Prabu Adhikari is one of the work programs of the Department of Science of BEM FEB UNAIR which has 2 sub agendas namely mentoring and workshop, with the aim of providing comprehensive support to FEB Unair students.
Through Prabu Adhikari mentoring, students will be facilitated in competition training and general types of scientific authors and public speaking to support their academic development. On the other hand, the workshop is the work program of the scientific department that holds talk shows, where in this talkshow present different topics with two speakers who have opposing views or arguments that are expected to add new insight for FEB Airlangga students. Where in the Batch 1 workshop raised the title "Leadership Anxiety: Why are students reluctant to take the role of leaders in the organization?"
Both of these programs play an important role in achieving several sustainable development goals. Prabu Adhikari Mentoring contributes to SDGs 4 (quality education) and SDGs 8 (decent work and economic growth) by providing training relevant to the world of work and creating strong partnerships to support the achievement of common goals. While Prabu Adhikari Sarasehan supports SDGs 4 by opening a window of knowledge and increasing the ability to think critical and analytically students, thus contributing to improving the quality of education received. Thus, Prabu Adhikari mentoring and workshop not only provide direct benefits for students, but also actively participate in broader efforts to achieve sustainable development goals.
