In this pandemic era, students are required to develop their potential to compete and secure career opportunities in the future. This is due to the increasing need for competent and professional human resources. A desire to innovate is essential during this pandemic, as everyone is required to develop and adapt. This event is expected to inspire renewed enthusiasm among all HIMA administrators and IQTISHODUNA 2021. Leadership and the ability to collaborate within an organization are key aspects for individuals to survive in the intense competition of life. Therefore, training is needed to hone organizational and leadership skills.
This training is expected to be an upgrade in the development of responsible character as a form of loyalty from each administrator. This form of responsibility itself must begin with each administrator and have a confident intention to start together in advancing HIMA 2021. HIMA Islamic Economics has a family-like nature and a professional attitude, determined to continuously develop its individual administrators. This is the basis for the Human Resources Development division to conduct a basic leadership training activity called "SALE (Sharia Acceleration Leadership Event)." It is hoped that this activity will create individuals who are capable of organizing well within the Islamic Economics Student Association and become individuals who are useful in making changes for the better.
