SALE (Sharia Acceleration Leadership Event) is an activity organized by the Human Resources Division of the Islamic Economics Student Association Universitas Airlangga for internal staff of HIMA EKIS and Iqtishoduna 2024 staff. The purpose of this event is to upgrade themselves and build relationships between staff of HIMA EKIS Unair 2024 and Iqtishoduna 2024 staff. Upgrading themselves includes activities aimed at increasing awareness in organizing in a forum and later there will be speakers from upper-year Islamic Economics students who have competent abilities in the values to be conveyed. The values to be conveyed are expected to be able to appropriately meet the needs of members of the Islamic Economics Student Association to direct their management for the next year.
The theme of SALE 2024 is “Bridging Bonds: Embracing Diversity through Collaborative Connections for a Unified Future”. This theme elevates the meaning that SALE will be a forum for HIMA EKIS administrators to forge bonds even though we are different, we stand as one HIMA EKIS Family to build collaborative cooperation so that we can run our management smoothly for the next year. There are 2 sub-events in SALE, namely a material presentation forum and familiarization between administrators. In the first sub-event, the material that will be brought includes Creativity and innovation (the ability to find new, innovative ideas), Teamwork (the ability to work with others collaboratively), FoSSEI, and Adaptability (the ability to adapt anywhere). The second sub-event includes familiarization between HIMA EKIS administrators to be solid in running the management going forward. For its implementation, SALE 2024 will be held on March 8-10 offline at Villa Serayu Reborn Tretes, Prigen, Pasuruan and will be charged a contribution fee of IDR 150,000/person. This SALE is related to SDGs number 17 - Partnership to Achieve Goals where SALE can be a forum for HIMA EKIS staff to build relationships so that in the future all HIMA EKIS staff will work together to achieve the goals or targets we want. It is hoped that this SALE activity can create individuals who are able to organize well within the HIMA EKIS scope and become individuals who are useful for making better changes in the future.
