routine exercise feb unai1Routine training is one of the work programs of the Deputy for Arts and Sports of the SEGA Division. These routine training activities are carried out in two forms: offline and online with different timelines. Offline activities include: routine training in basketball, futsal, badminton, and table tennis, as well as in the arts branch, namely band/acoustic. Meanwhile, the routine online training activity is the Mobile Legends branch. These routine training activities were held due to the high interest of Islamic Economics students in these fields.

This activity is held on March 22nd – November 3rd, and the implementation day is every Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a different training schedule held every week. In carrying out the activity, Latrut also brings in trainers to provide training and coaching, especially when participating in competitions.

In line with the goal of Quality Education mandated by Point 4 of the SDGs, this program is not only about providing facilities and infrastructure, but also about providing opportunities for students to develop their skills and potential in non-academic fields. Thus, the Routine Training program at Universitas Airlangga serves not only as a training ground but also as a means to prepare students for higher-level competition, both within and outside their majors.

This routine training is related to point 4 of the SDGs because on several occasions, Friendly match / Sparring activities are also held with various departments or other faculties that have the aim of organizing events at the University that are open to the public, such as non-academic vocational training in sports and non-academic educational events for the Futsal, Basketball, badminton, table tennis, mobile legends and band sports communities. This program also does not discriminate against ethnicity, race, and gender in its implementation. So, anyone can participate and enjoy this routine training program.
