Students are the young generation who are expected to be the nation's successors and can build a better Indonesia and be able to realize a Golden Indonesia 2045. A Golden Indonesia 2045 is the country's dream and a guide to a better future, which is built on resilience, prosperity, inclusion and continuity. Golden Indonesia 2045 can be realized with superior and competent Human Resources. In order to realize these ideals, real contributions are needed from the younger generation, especially students. As agents of change and carriers of innovative ideas, students play an important role in building a strong foundation towards a Golden Indonesia.
One step that can be taken is related to this matter, students who are members of the Islamic Economics Student Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (Hima Ekis Feb Unair) will hold an Iqtishoduna event which is a forum for students to hone academic abilities, critical thinking, and explore the latest issues in the economic world. Iqtishoduna 2024 supports SDGs number 4 namely quality education because this competition activity aims to support students and students to exchange ideas, develop innovative solutions, and broaden their horizons. Iqtishoduna 2024 raised the theme "Empowering the Millennial Generation to Revitalize Islamic Economic Existence". This event has three sub -events, namely:
1. Sharia Debate Challenge 2024
Sharia Debate Challenge 2024 is an Islamic Economic Debate Competition held for High Schools equivalent throughout Indonesia. This debate competition will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 07.00 - 15.00 WIB and Saturday, September 21, 2024, 07.00 - 16.00 WIB online. And on Saturday, October 12, 2024, 07.00 - 16.00 WIB offline. Sharia Debate Challenge is a dynamic discussion stage that challenges students to investigate, analyze, and discuss the latest issues in sharia economics. This competition invites participants to embrace the framework of critical thinking, form a strong argument, and express their views on how the principles of Islamic economics can be a solution in various global economic contexts.
2. Econo-Sharia 2024
Econo-Sharia is a national level scientific paper (LKTI) competition that is held to improve the ability of research, writing, and speak in scientific forums for students. The LKTI competition will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 07.00 - 15.00 WIB and Saturday, September 21, 2024, 07.00 - 16.00 WIB online. And on Saturday, October 12, 2024, 07.00 - 16.00 WIB offline. This competition has the following details of the mechanism, where in the initial stages there is a presentation of proposals, followed by proposal selection, presentation and discussion selection, then assessment, appreciation, publication, and in the final stages there is development (development of skills and network development).
3. The
Olympic Economic Olympiad Olympiad will be held online/online but for the final stage it will be held luring/offline. This Olympic competition will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 07.00 - 15.00 WIB and Saturday, September 21, 2024, 07.00 - 16.00 WIB online. And on Saturday, October 12, 2024, 07.00 - 16.00 WIB offline. In the initial stages held online participants must prepare competition equipment such as computers, mobile phones, internet networks, and other equipment needed. Olympic participants will work on questions that are distributed through the link in the telegram group and must end the competition and wait for the announcement according to schedule.
