Upgrading is an event held with the aim of allowing the HMA UNAIR administrators to get to know each other and to make upgrading a forum for developing the soft skills of the HMA UNAIR administrators to face the next period. Through Upgrading, it is hoped that a necessary character can be formed for the running of an organization. Thus, soft skills can develop and be improved through the following Upgrading event.
