TRUNOJOYO ACCOUNTING CHALLENGE (TAC) DELEGATION

The Trunojoyo Accounting Challenge (TAC) is an Accounting Olympiad for universities across Java and Bali, as well as for high schools (SMA/MA) and vocational schools (SMK) nationwide, with the theme "Increase Your Competence, Innovation, and Creativity to Become a Professional Accountant." This program is a healthy competition with the hope of creating a generation of accomplished and skilled young people, especially in the field of accounting. As the next generation, young accountants play a role as one of the spearheads of the economy that will support the country's economic situation. These young accountants are expected to also possess accounting ethics and national character. The preliminary round was held on October 17, 2021. Then, the top 20 teams with the highest scores will compete in the main round on October 30, 2021. After that, the top nine teams with the highest scores will compete in the semifinals on November 7, 2021. Five teams from Universitas Airlangga qualified for the preliminary round – pajjar lagu, but only four teams re-registered. Then, of the four teams, two teams managed to enter the semifinals, and one team from Universitas Airlangga managed to enter the finals and won 2nd place.
