Personal Development is an activity held to help all staff of the Accounting Student Association Universitas Airlangga improve their soft skills and organizational motivation while simultaneously studying at Universitas Airlangga. Personal Development will be held offline in one of the halls at the Faculty of Economics and Business.

SDG's point 17, "Partnerships for the Goals," is embodied in this event by inviting qualified speakers and experts in their fields who raised the theme "How to deal with People" as an opportunity to develop soft skills for staff of the Airlangga University Accounting Student Association.
Before the presentation of the material, a pre-test will be held for all participants. Then, it will be continued with the presentation of material by the speaker on soft skills development. Participants can interact with the speaker during the question and answer session. After the speaker has finished asking questions, participants will be asked to take a post-test to check whether the participants understand the material presented or not. It is hoped that after the entire series of Personal Development events are completed, all participants can develop their soft skills which aim to improve their abilities when organizing and still be able to carry out lecture activities very well.
