The 2025 Personal Development activity organized by the Human Resource Division of the Accounting Student Association (HMA) Universitas Airlangga is a mandatory agenda specifically designed for all HMA administrators for the 2025 period. Held at the Mindrowo Hall on Friday, May 8, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM WIB until finished, this activity aims to strengthen the administrators' soft skills, especially in terms of time management which is very crucial in carrying out the organization's work programs. This event will present speakers from seniors who have relevant organizational experience, to provide inspiration, motivation, and practical provisions to the participants.

This activity also supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). Effective time management is a crucial component of a quality education, enabling students to learn independently, productively, and purposefully. Furthermore, this skill is a key asset in creating a decent and efficient work environment in the future.
