Accounting Internal Competition (AIC) is an accounting competition for internal students of Accounting Bachelor Universitas Airlangga . This activity was held on May 19, 23, and 27, 2025. The goal is to train, evaluate, and improve the knowledge of accounting students regarding accounting materials obtained during their education at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga . The materials consist of Basic Accounting, Intermediate Financial Accounting I, Intermediate Financial Accounting II, Intermediate Financial Accounting III, Taxation I and II, Auditing I and II, Management Accounting, Public Sector Accounting, Accounting Information Systems and additional insights regarding other economic activities.
The Accounting Internal Competition consists of five rounds. The first round is the preliminary round where all participants work on multiple-choice questions in 90 minutes. The preliminary round will be held online. The second, third, and fourth rounds will be held offline and on the same day. The second round is the first quarter round where participants will take a quiz through the Quizizz media with 20 questions. The third round is the second quarter round which will be held with intelligent Real Time Transaction selection. The third round is the semifinal round, where participants will be given a case and must analyze it effectively. The fourth round, the final, will feature a debate on a case study with pro and con statements.
