Personal Development is an activity on the Human Resources agenda of the Accounting Student Association (HMA) Universitas Airlangga. Personal Development is a special program held to explore and enhance the potential of administrators, such as soft skills and organizational abilities, specifically for HMA UNAIR administrators. Furthermore, through Personal Development, it is hoped that the traits necessary for the running of an organization can be developed. Thus, soft skills can be developed and enhanced through Personal Development activities.
Personal Development is held twice in one period. Personal Development I was held on Saturday, March 2, 2019, from 7:30 to 15:30 in the Soepoyo Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga. This event carried the theme of Problem Solving and Communication, the provision of material from several senior accounting 2015 really made the administrators actively ask questions and express opinions. This event also included case studies and games that made the soft skills of the HIMA administrators develop. The first case study was about how to communicate, this case study was more directed at the Forum Group Discussion, then the second case study, the administrators were divided into 10 groups and discussed solving a problem in each district of the administrator groups that had been divided. The HIMA administrators were very enthusiastic during this event
Personal Development II was held on Saturday, May 11, 2019, from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM at Taman Prestasi, Jl. Ketabang Kali. This second event was a bit different because it carried a different theme, namely teamwork and also an outdoor location. The speaker for this second event was different from the first, this speaker was an Alumni of the Information System of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology named Galih Khai. Not much different from the first event, this event also included material provision for administrators as well as case studies and games with the implementation of the material. Administrators were very enthusiastic when participating in a series of activities at this event.
