Magics (Internship With AcSES) is a program from the HRD division that provides new students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga , with internships at AcSES. Magics features a series of events, including the Student Organization Expo, Open Recruitment, Webinars, Taaruf Day, and a closing ceremony. The Student Organization Expo is held during PIKMEN (Mendikbud), featuring a short video introducing AcSES to new students.

Open recruitment itself is an activity to screen new students interested in participating in MAGICS, to then be selected and the results will be announced on the AcSES social media platforms. The continuation of this event is a Webinar activity containing the presentation of the material "The Role of Organizations in Improving Hard Skills, Soft Skills, and Achievement" sharing experiences and motivation by internal AcSES to new students. To build family relationships and conduct further introductions, the Magics event again held Taaruf Day as in previous years with a different method of course. 

The next activity was the closing ceremony, the final event of the Magics series. This led to the main event of the Magics program, which involved interns in the AcSES work program.
