Magics (Internship With AcSES) is a work program from the HRD division which accommodates new students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga to do internships at AcSES. Magics has several series of events starting from Ormawa Expo, Open Recruitment, Webinar, Taaruf Day, and closing ceremony. The Ormawa expo was held during PIKMEN, by showing a short video containing the introduction of AcSES to new students.

Open recruitment itself is an activity of filtering new students who are interested in participating in Magics, and then selected and the results will be announced on the ACSES social media platform. The continuation of this event is a webinar activity that contains the presentation of the material "The role of the organization in increasing hard skills, soft skills, and achievements" sharing experience and motivation by internal acces to new students. To build a family relationship also made further introduction of the Magics event again held taaruf day like previous years in different ways of course. 

The next activity is the closing ceremony, the closing event of a series of Magics events. Then we enter the main event of Magics activities, namely involving interns in the AcSES work program.
