“Gathering X Closing MAGICS 2025” is an activity organized by the HRD Division of UKMF Penalaran AcSES FEB UNAIR as a forum for togetherness as well as the official closing of the MAGICS program. This event aims to strengthen family ties between the entire AcSES family, starting from DK, BPI, BPH, special staff, staff, to interns, as well as to provide appreciation for their participation during the internship process.

This activity was a memorable moment of togetherness, where participants got to know each other better, interact informally, and build harmonious relationships outside of the organization's routine. Through the Gathering X Closing MAGICS, it is hoped that it will create a solid atmosphere, a stronger sense of togetherness, and renewed motivation to continue the organization's work in the future.

The event will take place over two days, Saturday–Sunday, November 8–9, 2025, at Villa Noer, Pacet, Mojokerto. The series of activities begins with an opening, remarks by the chief executive and director of AcSES, and performances from various departments. The evening will feature a bonfire, inauguration, and the screening of a documentary video as a space for shared appreciation and reflection. On the second day, activities will continue with congregational dawn prayers, morning exercise, breakfast together, and various group games designed to strengthen cooperation and strengthen emotional bonds between participants. The event then closes with a reflection session, a drawing of impressions and messages, the announcement of game winners, and a group photo.

In addition to being a forum for internal organizational strengthening, Gathering X Closing MAGICS is also in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially on SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) through togetherness activities, sports, and games that foster the physical and mental health of participants. In addition, this activity also supports SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by fostering solidarity, cooperation, leadership, and building strong bonds between members as part of a student institution. Thus, this activity is not only beneficial for internal strengthening of AcSES, but also provides a real contribution to sustainable development goals.

It is hoped that the 2025 MAGICS Gathering X Closing will run smoothly according to the planned schedule. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm, both in the field performances, the campfire session, and the games. This moment of togetherness served as a means to strengthen solidarity, loyalty, and a sense of belonging to AcSES FEB UNAIR.
