The Photo Video Profile Program (FVP) is one of the flagship agendas managed by the Media, Communication and Information Bureau (Medkominfo) of the Islamic Economics Student Association (HIMA EKIS) Universitas Airlangga . This program aims to document the management structure of HIMA EKIS 2024 and provide visual guidance to new members and the wider community. In its implementation, this program involves all HIMA EKIS administrators and asks for their contributions in the form of photos and videos to be used as promotional materials and publications on social media.
The implementation of this Photo Video Profile is designed offline, considering the importance of flexibility and accessibility in the current conditions. The Medkominfo Bureau has instructed all HIMA EKIS staff to collect photos and videos from each division. This collection of materials will be compiled into a complete management profile, and is scheduled to be published on April 22, 2024 for photos while videos will be published on May 11-12, 2024. This provides an opportunity for all administrators to present themselves and their roles in the organization.
The purpose of this Photo Video Profile program is to introduce the HIMA EKIS management team to the public and prospective new members. By utilizing various social media platforms, including Instagram, the Official Line Account, and YouTube, the Medkominfo Bureau plans to convey interesting and informative information about the activities and structure of HIMA EKIS. After the editing process, the photo and video materials will be uploaded to social media to provide a clear picture of this organization to a wider audience.
The Photo Video Profile program is also aligned with Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) number 17, namely partnerships to achieve goals. The materials produced through this program are not only used for internal purposes, but can also be an effective promotional tool in various occasions, such as Study Visit programs, new student orientation, and other events. Thus, this program has long-term benefits in strengthening the relationship between HIMA EKIS and the wider community, while supporting the overall goals of the organization.
