S1 Management
Graduate Profile and Description
Graduates of the Management Study Program are expected to have an expert profile in management who has an entrepreneurial spirit as Management Analyst, First-Line Manager, and Entrepreneur. With the following explanation:
- Management Analyst (Management Analyst): Individuals who have the ability to explain theories, concepts, methods and analytical tools related to managerial skills in the fields of Marketing, Human Resources, Operations and supply chain and Supply Chain, and Finance. Able to identify problems and analyze relevant data in quantitative and qualitative research processes, and be able to become businesses who performs his role as an analyst in a consulting and research institute.
- First Level Manager (First Line Manager): Individuals who are able to carry out planning, organizing, directing, and controlling in managing management functions (Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance) and entrepreneurship in a business and non-business organization. Able to make decisions and solve managerial problems starting with problem identification and problem solving goals setting, development of alternative solutions, selection of the best solutions, and action plans by utilizing information and communication technology.
- Entrepreneur (Entrepreneur): Individuals who are able to plan and develop new businesses that are beneficial to society, create and design new products independently, and are able to build a new business independently

Learning outcomes are competencies that students are expected to have after attending lectures at MM FEB Unair. This learning achievement contains components, namely: Attitudes, General Skills, Special Skills and Knowledge which are based on the Attachment of Permenristekdikti No.44 of 2015 and the formulation carried out by the MM study program Feb Unair. The following are the learning achievements of MM FEB Unair:

Graduates of the Unair Management Sciences Doctoral Program are expected to be ready to become reliable scientists, able to carry out research activities, present main ideas both written and oral. Graduates are expected to have the characteristics of being honest, obedient to religion and have the ability to develop analytical and critical thinking in solving scientific and research problems as well as being positive actors in change.
Besides that, graduates of Unair Management Sciences are expected to be able to contribute in anticipating new paradigms in the development of science, especially management, and provide solutions to overcome problems in the field of management faced by the government, industry and society as well as in general, both in national and international scope.
