Abstract

The low work performance of the Rescuers in the Surabaya SAR Office has encouraged the writer to conduct a study, entitled "The Influence of Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Experience on the Work Achievement of the Surabaya SAR Office Rescuers". The purpose of this study is to provide a broader insight into the motivation of job satisfaction, work experience and work performance of the Surabaya SAR Office Rescuer. The population of this study were all Rescuers from the Surabaya SAR Office, namely 90 respondents. Of the 90 questionnaires distributed by the author, 68 respondents were collected and analyzed. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between the variables of work motivation, job satisfaction and work experience on the work performance of the Surabaya SAR Office Rescuer. The magnitude of the influence between each variable is as follows: work motivation 0,012, job satisfaction 0,040 and work experience 0,262. Based on multiple linear regression testing, the work experience variable has a dominant influence on the work performance of the Surabaya SAR Office Rescuer at 0,262.
