Abstract

The rapid growth of the world economy due to global influences has an impact on the development of the tourism sector as one of the largest and rapidly growing industries. Tourism is by far the biggest moneymaker and the strongest sector in global financing. the tourism sector is still the mainstay and superior to be developed and can make a large contribution to state revenue and encourage national economic growth. This situation certainly deserves special attention from Perum Perhutani Unit II East Java, where in its working area there are many unique natural features that can be developed into an interesting tourist attraction to visit. In its development, Perum Perhutani Unit II needs to analyze its external and internal environmental factors to find out what opportunities or opportunities can be utilized and must also be ready to face and reduce threats that may occur and make maximum use of their strengths and eliminate existing weaknesses. Establish a specific sustainable or gradual development strategy according to the situation and conditions of each location of the tourism object. The object of this research is a tourism object that has the potential to be developed, with the hope that development will be able to provide results more quickly. The steps that must be taken are to collect data and evaluate external data with the EFE matrix and internal data with the IFE matrix, from this data as basic information to be analyzed with the IE matrix to determine the position and strategy of the company and the SWOT/TOWS matrix to formulate alternative strategies. -The alternative strategy is chosen according to the specifications or characteristics of each ecotourism location which is then selected with the QSPM for implementation. The results of the analysis with the QSPM for the Padusan tourism area with a product development strategy, the Grandpa Bodo tourism area with a market development strategy, the Coban Rondo tourism area with a product development strategy, the Sendang Biru tourism area with a market penetration strategy, the Prataan tourism area with a market penetration strategy, and a tourism area Sumberboto with a product development strategy, Karanggongso tourism area with a product development strategy, Pasir Putih tourism area with a market development strategy, Tanjung Papuma (Watu Ulo) tourism area with a market development strategy, Grajagan tourism area with a product development strategy. These strategies can be used as a reference or basis in the preparation of strategy implementation in the context of developing ecotourism objects. So it is hoped that its development will be more focused and focused and more efficient in achieving the company's vision and mission.
