Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the meaning of the implementation of Islamic business ethics in business practices that apply Islamic culture. To achieve this goal, this research uses an Islamic ethnomethodology approach with several stages of indexicality analysis, contextual action, reflexivity, and presentation of common sense knowledge of social structure. The use of the Islamic ethnomethodology method to find the meaning of Islamic Business Ethics in business practices at Warung Ayam Preksu, Bakso Granat Pedaz, and Roti Shalawat that applies Islamic organizational culture in accordance with the guidelines of the Qur'an and Hadith.
