Human Resource Development Training hosted by BEM FEB UNAIR 2020
The Human Resource Development Training activity is an activity held for all HR administrators of each student organization at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga which aims to prepare HR managers to be ready to face their organizational members and be able to develop student resources through inculcating the values of attitude, communication , regeneration and leadership. By bringing in several trainers who are expected to motivate HR in organizing to create an active, solid organization that can bring the good name of FEB Universitas Airlangga.
