In this pandemic era, it is required to be able to develop its potential to be able to compete and have career opportunities in the world of work later. This is inseparable because the need for competent and professional human resources is increasingly needed. Having the desire to be innovative is very necessary during this pandemic, everyone is required to develop and be able to adapt. With this event, it is hoped that it will create a new spirit in every HIMA board and IQTISHODUNA 2021. The leadership spirit and the ability to work together in an organization are also the main aspects of individuals to survive in the fierce competition in their lives. Therefore, training is needed to hone organizational skills and the ability to lead.

This training is expected to be an upgrade in the formation of responsible characters as a form of loyalty from each administrator. The form of responsibility itself must start from each board and have a sure intention to start together in advancing HIMA 2021. Hima Economics Islam has a familial nature and has a professional attitude determined to continue to develop individual administrators. This is what underlies the Human Resources Development division to carry out basic leadership training activities which we named "SALE (Sharia Acceleration Leadership Event)". It is hoped that this activity will create individuals who are able to create individuals who are able to organize well within the scope of the Islamic Economics Student Association and become useful individuals to make changes for the better.
