PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 2019

Personal Development is an agenda activity in the field of Human Resources of the Airlangga University Accounting Student Association. Personal Development is a special agenda that is held to explore and improve the potential that exists in the management such as soft skills and abilities in the organization, especially being the administrator of HMA UNAIR. In addition, through Personal Development, it is hoped that the characteristics needed for the running of an organization can be formed. So that soft skills can develop and can be improved through Personal Development events.

Personal Development is held 2 times in one period. Personal Development I was held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 07.30 to 15.30 in the Soepoyo Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. This event carries the theme Problem Solving and Communication, the provision of material from several accounting seniors in 2015 really made the management actively ask questions and have opinions. This event also includes case studies and games that make hima management soft skills develop. The first case study is about how to communicate, this case study is more focused on Forum Group Discussion, then the second case study is divided into 10 groups of administrators and discusses solving a problem in each district, the group of administrators that have been divided. Hima management is very enthusiastic when this event takes place

Personal Development II will be held on Saturday 11 May 2019 at 13.30 to 17.00 at Taman Prestasi Jl. Ketabang Kali. This second event is a bit different because it carries a different theme, namely teamwork and also an outdoor place. The presenter at this second event was different from the first, this speaker was an Information Systems Alumni of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology named Galih Khai. Not much different from the first event, this event also provided material for administrators as well as case studies and games with the implementation of the material. The management was very enthusiastic when participating in a series of activities at this event.
