UPGRADING OF FEB UNAIR KSPM MANAGEMENT 2021

On Saturday, March 20, 2021, KSPM carried out an upgrade of the new management which was held virtually via Zoom. This upgrade was attended by 35 KSPM administrators. This activity was held with the aim of increasing the skills of new management regarding the capital market and also a means to get closer to each other. 

This activity begins by dividing the administrators into six groups consisting of mentors and members. The six groups were given the task of writing a paper on stock analysis and presenting the results in the Zoom forum. The stocks analyzed by each group are also different, ranging from the agricultural sector, banking, mining, infrastructure, property, to telecommunications. Stock analysis is carried out for three weeks before the upgrade is carried out. In compiling the paper, the management must analyze many things, starting from the company profile, macroeconomic reviews related to inflation, economic growth, public consumption, capital market conditions. Then also an industry review that explains the condition of the industry or the company's sector and the opportunities and competition with the same company in the industry. Then it is also discussed about profitability, down to the analysis of its shares fundamentally and technically. This is done with the aim of increasing the knowledge and expertise of the management in the world of capital markets. In addition to presentations, several games such as Kahoot were also held to further familiarize the administrators and also several KSPM alumni who were also present to give messages to the new management. Even though it is held virtually, this upgrade is expected to be a means for administrators to get to know each other.
