Half Year Evaluation of BEM FEB UNAIR

Exactly on August 21, 2021, it has been half a year for student organizations, including the Student Legislative Body and the Student Executive Board. Various kinds of work programs have been carried out in half a year of tenure, with many work programs that have been realized BLM FEB UNAIR needs further monitoring of the work program so that the work programs realized by BEM FEB UNAIR as executor do not violate applicable laws, are more focused and can achieve success indicators. So it is necessary to check and evaluate at some time during the one year term of office of BEM FEB UNAIR.

BLM FEB UNAIR has the authority to request accountability reports from BEM FEB UNAIR which will be processed and published by BLM FEB UNAIR. August 15, 2021 is the deadline for collecting accountability reports which will later be processed and published on August 21, 2021. However, in practice there are many miscommunications regarding the form of accountability reports submitted by BEM FEB UNAIR. This is reasonable because during the previous management period the accountability report submitted was a fully completed work program LPJ. However, this year BLM wants to turn this into an accountability report for the half-year progress of the management of BEM FEB UNAIR so that later BLM can inform/publish what has been realized by BEM FEB UNAIR in half a year of management. With some negotiations between BEM FEB UNAIR and BLM FEB UNAIR agreed to postpone the evaluation, so that BEM FEB UNAIR can prepare an accountability report in the form of progress.

27 August 2021 BEM FEB UNAIR Half Year Evaluation Session. In this half year session, it is hoped that BEM and BLM can synergize and implement checks and balances for mutual progress in serving the FEB community. The session began with a prayer and remarks from the Chairperson of the Student Legislative Body and the President of the Student Executive Board. This was followed by a discussion of the trial procedures led by the interim presidium. After the discussion of the agreed trial procedures, it was continued with a presentation and evaluation session and at the end of the event, it was a closing session and documentation. At the Mid-Year Evaluation Session, Commission A cooperates by appointing Commission B to be the presidium that will lead the trial.

The publication of the Half Year Evaluation of BEM FEB UNAIR contains several work programs of Commission A BLM FEB UNAIR, namely Evaluation of the Vision and Mission of BEM FEB UNAIR, Evaluation of Evaluation of Work Realization Based on Outline Aspects of the Course of Work and assessment of BEM FEB UNAIR in an official letter.
