Management Science from Congregational Prayers
Prayer is one of the miracles taught by the Prophet Muhammad that can be felt today. Many explorations of the impact of prayer on physical and psychological health have been carried out. However, the exploration of prayer is still limited for leadership and managerial learning.
Dr. Gancar C. Premananto in his book Prayer Jama'ah-based Management intends to stimulate thoughts based on the sensitivity of seeking knowledge from various things that are understood as a ritual. The Jama'ah prayer for Gancar gives signals about how to organize well.

And the socialization of the management science content of the congregational prayer was carried out on various occasions. Including a book review at the Satria Airlangga Corner (SAC) Airlangga University Library and a guest lecture "Pilbar of Inspiration" at STIDKI Ar Rahman.
It is hoped that the socialization carried out will bring seeds for management students to be sensitive to taking knowledge from anything around us. (gcp)
