Working visit of the Indonesian House of Representatives Commission XI regarding the Bill on Tax Amnesty
The Draft Law on Tax Amnesty is needed to provide a strong legal basis or umbrella to assist tax authorities in realizing potential tax revenues and to provide the last opportunity for taxpayers who undertake onshore or offshore tax evasion. In this discussion, academics and members of the House of Representatives Commission XI have met to discuss the Bill on Tax Amnesty.
