Learn the Art of Teaching Practitioners

Business education must be for practitioners/professionals, the teaching and learning process should be different from the participants from fresh graduates. Even the term student centered learning can be adapted to become participant centered learning. This is at least what Dr. Syed Aun Raza Rizvi from Lahore University of Management Science (LUMS). In front of dozens of lecturers in FEB Unair, both from MM FEB Unair lecturers and from the Department of Economics, Accounting and Sharia Economics. Even from Corporate University Kamadjaja Logistics was also enthusiastic to attend.
Dr. Aun conveyed this in the "Teaching Methods for Professional Students" workshop on May 13, 2019 at the Tirtodiningrat Hall. Exciting discussions also took place with lots of questions and statements from participants. The essence of the whole material is to remind that practitioners need a different PBM to further explore their experience into accumulation and connection with business management science.
