(FEB NEWS) WEBINAR MANAGEMENT OUTLOOK 2022 with the theme: "The Challenges", which was held online by the Department of Management FEB UNAIR under the leadership of Dr. Gancar Candra Premananto, on Thursday, January 20, 2022.

 

Attended by around 300 participants, the event was neatly and attractively packaged with practitioners and academics in the field of Business Strategy, also present as moderator Dr. Fitri Ismiyanti, SE., M.Si. – Lecturer of Management FEB UNAIR, to be able to discuss various steps that must be prepared in 2022. The 3 (three) speakers were 1.) Dr. Achsanul Qosasi, CSFA., CfrA – Member III of BPK RI, 2.) from Practitioners, Bangkit Kuncoro – Senior Partner – Ernst Young (EY), and 3.) from Academics, Sri Gunawan, DBA. – Lecturer of Management FEB UNAIR, Consultant in several BUMN companies, Director of Planning and Development Unit of Faculty of Economics and Business UNAIR.

On that occasion, Dr. Achsanul Qosasi, CSFA., CfrA. stated that SOEs, in addition to seeking profit, are also agents of development. And the challenges of SOEs are increasing in 2022, and the future challenge is digital transformation, where the government has disbursed around 25 trillion for the Smart Digital budget.

 

The second speaker, Bangkit Kuncoro, delivered a presentation entitled "Outlook 2022 and Management's Response," urging everyone, including government officials, businesspeople, universities, and even individuals, to take risks while still considering the necessary steps to calculate the risks.

 

Meanwhile, Sri Gunawan, DBA, discussed business trends in 2022 and said several things about the importance of business actors responding to 2022 in light of COVID-19, namely sustainability, shifting talent pools, flattering, and cooperation/integration.

 

The event ended with a question and answer session which was still attended with great enthusiasm by all the participants present.

 

This webinar was held as a form of support from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga for SDGs 4, 8, and 17. We hope this event will be beneficial and a blessing for all of us.
