(FEB NEWS) WEBINAR MANAGEMENT OUTLOOK 2022 with the theme: "The Challenges", which was held online by the FEB UNAIR Management Department under the leadership of Dr. Gancar Candra Premananto, on Thursday, January 20 2022.
Attended by around 300 participants, the event was nicely and attractive to the practitioners and academics in the business strategy, also present as the moderator Dr. Fitri Ismiyanti, SE., M.Sc. -FEB UNAIR Lecturer Management, to be able to discuss various steps that must be prepared in 2022. The 3 (three) speakers 1.) Dr. Achsanul Qosasi, CSFA., CFRA - Member III BPK RI, 2.) from practitioners, Rise Kuncoro - Senior Partner - Ernst Young (EY), and 3.) from Academics, Sri Gunawan, DBA. - Lecturer in Management FEB UNAIR, Consultants in several SOE companies, Steering Unit Planning and Development Unit of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Airlangga University.

On this occasion, Dr. Achsanul Qosasi, CSFA., CfrA. stated that apart from seeking profit, BUMN is also an agent of development. And the challenges for BUMN will increase in 2022, and the challenge ahead is digital transformation, where the government has spent around 25 trillion for the Smart Digital budget.
The second speaker, Bangkit Kuncoro, conveyed through his material entitled "Outlook 2022 and Management's Response" that everyone, be it the government, business people, universities, even individuals, should dare to take risks but still pay attention to the steps taken. that need to be considered to calculate the risk.
While through the material Sri Gunawan, DBA., Discussed about business trends in 2022, and said several things, the importance of business people to respond in 2022 related to Covid 19, namely regarding sustainability, shifting on talens pool, flatter, and co-operation/integration ".
The event ended with a question and answer session which was still very enthusiastically attended by all the participants present.
