Themes related to the role of state spending in economic development are always interesting to discuss. Regarding this topic, on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, the Faculty of Economics and Business in collaboration with the Regional Office of the Directorate of Treasury held a dialogue session entitled " Treasury goes to campus." The dialogue raised the theme "The Role of the Treasury in Managing State Finances and Development" and took place in the Tirto Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga .

The speaker for the dialogue was R. Wiwin Istanti, SE., Ak., M.Laws, Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate of Treasury of East Java Province. The participants were members of student organizations within the Faculty of Economics and Business. The dialogue was interactive, thanks in part to the support of the Treasury Regional Office's creative team, who designed the dialogue agenda to maximize the participants' active participation, ensuring a truly two-way dialogue.

In the future, such events will continue to be held at the Faculty of Economics and Business to provide updates on economic developments and foster a sense of post-campus living among students, as these events allow students to see and become acquainted with the world they will face after completing their studies on campus.
