The digital world and AI are commonplace in the business world. Therefore, business schools must prepare their students to enter such a business world. How the world of education provides AI training for students was discussed by Dr. Gancar C Premananto MSI., CDM., AIBIZ. in a webinar held by Tunku Abdur Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR-UMT) Malaysia, (12/16/2023). Together with practitioners in the world of AI, Dr. Gancar discussed various things that have been done in the Department of Management FEB UNAIR, both presentations using AI, and assignments with AI assistance. For this reason, several lecturers in the Department of Management FEB UNAIR were also sent to obtain AI mastery competency certification, both AIBIZ and DSBIZ. Even in the future, certification will be given to students regarding the use of AI for research implementation. Management also has digitalization-based courses such as Digital Literacy and Business & Digital Transformation.
The Department of Management is ready to prepare students for their future in the digitalized business world.

By involving practitioners in the field of AI, the Department of Management FEB UNAIR actively explores the potential of AI in improving the quality of education and research, and plans competency certification for students related to the use of AI in conducting research. These proactive steps reflect the department's commitment to supporting the SDGs, especially SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), making them an integral part of efforts to create future-oriented and sustainable education.
