Tuesday and Wednesday, 20 and 21 June 2023, the S1 Student Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (Hima S1 Management of FEB Unair) succeeded in visiting several big companies in Jakarta and accompanied by Nurullaily Kartika SE., MBA. - Lecturer in the Department of Management of FEB UNAIR. The purpose of the Company Visit activity is as a student learning program to learn real practices and company strategies to remain in the global economic slowdown, where students not only get theories in lectures but also know and study the practice and culture of the company in the career world.

The first day, namely Tuesday, June 20, 2023 students from HIMA S1 Management FEB UNAIR conducted a company visit to the Financial Services Authority at the Wisma Mulia 2 Building, Jl. Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta with a topic about capital market supervision, one of the topics that is linear, interesting, and important to be studied in the Management Study Program, especially students who are generation Z who are familiar with the capital market.
Then the second session, on the same day Hima S1 Management FEB Airlangga University had the opportunity to visit CIMB Niaga Head Office in Menara Sentraya, South Jakarta. The event was started by the opening of the MC and remarks and continued with the presentation of the material, followed by a presentation about the pursuit of dreams by the CIMB Niaga. There, we also had the opportunity to conduct a company tour, with this activity we could try advanced facilities such as, VR Learning, Mini Golf, Photobooth, and the convenience of facilities from CIMB Niaga.
The second day, June 21, 2023 we had the opportunity to visit Wilmar Group, at the Multivision Tower Building, South Jakarta. The event began with the opening of the MC followed by remarks and introduction of Wilmar Group's profile and also the presentation of Wilmar Consultancy Services.
With the Company Visit activities, students are expected to be able to get valuable learning from the strategies implemented by Big Company as well as a motivation to be able to have a career at the Big Company.
