On Friday, December 10, 2021, the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, held an online international guest lecture with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Neli Muntean from the Technical University of Moldova. The guest lecture material was related to Financial Management, specifically Working Capital Management. The guest lecture was moderated by a lecturer from the Department of Management, Made Gitanadya, SE., MSM. and attended by Dr. Nisful Laila, SE., M.Com., Vice Dean II of FEB Airlangga University, and Rahmat Heru Setianto, SE., M.Sc. Fin., a lecturer in Financial Management. The lecture was attended by up to 135 students from various classes and study programs. Dr. Muntean began his guest lecture promptly at 7:00 PM WIB by talking about his home country, Moldova. Next, Dr. Muntean explained about working capital management by paying attention to certain liquidity ratios and safety levels in companies. Dr. Muntean also provided a case study example from one of Moldova's large companies, Capital Group CCC SA. 

The guest lecture went smoothly and interestingly followed by a question and answer session from several students. Students who were enthusiastic about attending the lecture asked questions such as Ridha Amaliyah asking about the biggest mistakes in working capital management and M. Harits Natakesuma who asked about safety stock of working capital. The lecture was closed by the Vice Dean II of FEB Unair and Dr. Muntean's old friend, Dr. Nisful Laila, who gave her impressions and messages to all participants. Hopefully, this lecture was useful for the participants and will be followed by more international guest lectures in the future.
