(FEB NEWS) Management Expo (MEXPO) is one of the work programs of the Undergraduate Management Student Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) which is divided into several sub-events, namely Management Olympiad (MO), Management Startup Challenge (MSC), Universitas Airlangga Stock Exchange Competition (UASTEC), National Business Case Competition (NBCC) and a series of other events.

Saturday, July 15, 2023, Pre-event 1 of Management Expo 2023 was held online with the theme "Nurturing Creative Mindsets in the VUCA Era: Unlocking Business Sustainability" through the zoom platform. The purpose of this activity is to learn strategies and practices that can help individuals and organizations cultivate a creative mindset, enabling them to adapt, grow, and drive sustainable business success with a Creative Mindset. This activity began with several remarks from Muh. Syauqi Anwar as the Chief Executive of Management Expo 13, Vievania Eunike Putri as the Chair of the HIMA S1 Management, and remarks from Mrs. Dr. Dien Mardhiah SE., M.Si as the Chair of the S1 Management Study Program, Universitas Airlangga. The Pre-Event of Mexpo 2023 was attended by 350 participants from various institutions.

The event continued with presentations by two speakers: Ferry Setiawan, founder of KAG Indonesia and Chairman of APKRINDO, and Eva Alicia Wijaya, founder of @shewearsgold & @hewearsgold, content creator, and painter. The event concluded with a question-and-answer session, games, and a group documentation session.
