The prestigious provincial level competition was held by the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of East Java and took place on Monday, June 23, 2025 , at the Islamic Center of Malang City. This event was attended by delegates of athletes from various cities and districts in East Java, which had previously been through a tight selection process at their respective regional levels.

Nasywa is part of the Surabaya contingent who is a member of the Iodi (Indonesian Dancesport Sports Association) Surabaya. He and his team managed to advance to Porprov after ranking one and second in the selection of the city level which was held on December 29, 2024. For three months before the competition, Nasywa underwent intensive training that included body and physical, including running and aerobic, to prepare for the match.

In the competition which was attended by 21 participants in the traditional category of Dance Sport Pro U-21, the initial round begins with a choreography appearance that is required to last in less than one minute. The participants then performed a three -minute -free choreography that carries elements of three cultural ethnicities. The assessment is carried out accumulatively to determine the nine best participants who will advance to the Grand Final. In the initial stage, the Nasywa team ranks first with the highest score, which is 2100.

In the grand final round, the finalists again performed free choreography and were immediately announced by the champion after all participants performed. The final result places the city of Surabaya as the first and second champion, while the third winner was won by Tulungagung Regency.

Nasywa's participation and success in this event not only shows the talents and dedication of FEB Airlangga students in the non-academic field, but also has a positive impact on the faculty's reputation. This victory is a clear proof that FEB UNAIR supports the development of its students holistically, in harmony with commitments that emphasize the importance of inclusive and balanced education between academics and personal skills.
