As the successors of the leadership of this nation in the future, young people are required to be able to provide meaningful actions for the progress of the nation and state. Young people must be able to make the best use of their time, sincerely utilizing the knowledge they possess so that they can make changes to this nation for the better. Such a role certainly requires an independent attitude in every situation and condition of the prevailing system.
The role of these students will be more optimal if organized in a forum as a means of uniting the movement. Therefore, an UPGRADING activity is needed, in order to increase the insight and knowledge of the HIMA EP administrators, especially the 2020 period, who will later be prepared to run the organization according to its objectives.
An organizational body is not only a place for intellectual development of students, but also the development of social spirit of society. The theory received in college certainly needs to be supported by organizational skills to support the competencies possessed, and the most important thing is how to implement it in society. Within an organization, a sense of kinship and tolerance among fellow organizational administrators is inseparable, because in developing the potential of the organization, these aspects are necessary. With the UPGRADING activity, fellow organizational administrators can interact with each other and get to know other administrators and can understand their respective responsibilities in order to realize an organization that is beneficial both in the academic environment and in society.
