The Upgrading event was held for all 2020 administrators of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga The event featured topics on family, organizational management, and collaboration. This was followed by an introductory session between administrators and games aimed at building teamwork, morale, fostering a sense of camaraderie, and fostering trust among all 2020 BEM FEB UNAIR administrators.
