Internal Division Training (IDT) is the first work program undertaken by the Human Resources Department. This activity invites speakers to provide guidance to each division on their goals. The goal of this event is expected to each division to achieve and recognize their desires. This internal division training event was held at the Career and Entrepreneurship Development Center (PPKK) located at the Airlangga Convention Center, Campus C, Universitas Airlangga, Mulyorejo District, Surabaya City.
