Bridging Program is a campus introduction program for new students regarding the
development economics major, knowledge of campus activities in academic terms, scientific writing competitions,
and career paths. The purpose of this program is to minimize culture shock for new students, help
students adapt quickly, increase independence and responsibility, introduce the
development economics study program and its future prospects, provide tips for achieving during college, and
provide guidance on academics in Development Economics.
Bridging program activities include presentations by development economics lecturers containing an overview of
studying Development Economics, followed by a Group Discussion Forum forming
groups for sharing, each group is entered by upper semester students who are experienced
in the academic field, then the last is the completion of assignments that have the essence according to
the objectives of the Bridging Program.
