This activity is part of a series of welcome ceremonies for new students in the Master of Science in Islamic Economics program. It is designed to provide a platform for getting to know each other, not only introducing the academic environment but also fostering camaraderie between new students and those from previous classes. Through an open and interactive atmosphere, this activity is expected to foster an inclusive and collaborative academic climate from the beginning of the study period.
In this activity, new students are introduced to the Islamic Economics Study Program, its academic culture, and campus systems and institutions. Various important information related to academic interests, both curricular and non-curricular, is presented to prepare them for a more focused and confident master's degree.
More than just an academic orientation, this activity also serves as a platform for a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of campus life, encompassing both academic and non-academic aspects. The interactions fostered during this activity are expected to strengthen relationships among master's students from across cohorts, foster productive collaboration, and foster a solid, harmonious, and mutually supportive Master of Science (MSI) community in Islamic Economics, both in academic development and strengthening professional networks.
