This guest lecture will discuss whether vocational education in Indonesia truly matches the demands of the labor market. The session will provide evidence-based insights on how education and employment are connected, and what challenges and opportunities exist for improving workforce readiness.

The event will be presented by Noa Yokogawa, Doctoral Student at Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies, Kobe University, Japan and Prof. Rossanto Dwi Handoyo, S.E., M. Si., Ph. D., as the head of Economics department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga.
