Learning outcomes of the course unit
  1. Students are able to explain the concept of budgeting and its role in corporate planning and control.
  2. Students are able to calculate and prepare a simple manufacturing company budget using a conventional approach and an ABC-based flexible budget.
  3. Students are able to independently describe the latest developments related to company budgeting (Beyond Budgeting concept).
