Students are expected to be able to explain business ethics, the factors that influence business activities and how best to carry out functions within a company properly so as to achieve success in business, as well as foster cognitive competence and self-development (soft skills) through lecture materials and learning method.

(5)     Increasing Productivity and Quality

(7)     Motivating employees, Recruiting, training, and evaluating employees

(8)     Creating and Pricing Products, Distributing Products, Promoting Products

(9)     Accounting and Financial Analysis, Funding, Financial Functions as well as cost accounting.

Course content

This course provides knowledge to students about the proper and correct use of Indonesian both spoken and written, which can later be used as a means of communication in carrying out Assignments both in government agencies and in the private sector. In addition, this knowledge can be used as a provision when writing scientific essays, especially final assignments, papers, papers, government letters and business letters.
