Abstract
The low work performance of the rescuer in the Surabaya SAR Office has encouraged the author to conduct research, entitled "The Effect of Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Experience on the Rescuer Performance of the Surabaya SAR Office". The purpose of this study is to provide broader insights about the motivation of job satisfaction, work experience and work performance rescuer of the Surabaya SAR Office. The population of this study was all rescuers of Surabaya SAR Office, namely 90 respondents. Of the 90 questionnaires distributed by the penisiis, 68 respondents were collected and analyzed. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between work motivation variables, job satisfaction and work experience on the work performance of the Surabaya SAR Office Rescuer. The magnitude of the influence between each variable is as follows: work motivation 0.012, job satisfaction 0.040 and work experience 0.262. Based on multiple linear regression testing, the work experience variable has a dominant influence on the work performance of the Surabaya SAR Office rescuer of 0.262.
