Abstract

The low work performance of rescuers at the Surabaya SAR Office has encouraged the author to conduct research, entitled "The Influence of Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Experience on the Work Performance of Rescuers at the Surabaya SAR Office". The aim of this research is to provide broader insight into job satisfaction motivation, work experience and work performance of Surabaya SAR Office Rescuers. The population of this study was all Surabaya SAR Office Rescuers, namely 90 respondents. Of the 90 questionnaires distributed by the author, 68 respondents were collected and analyzed. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 20 program. The results of this research show that there is a positive influence between the variables of work motivation, job satisfaction and work experience on the work performance of the Surabaya SAR Office Rescuers. The magnitude of the influence between each variable is as follows: work motivation 0.012, job satisfaction 0.040 and work experience 0.262. Based on multiple linear regression testing, the work experience variable has a dominant influence on the work performance of Rescuers at the Surabaya SAR Office of 0.262.
