(KOPSI NEWS) The holy month of Ramadan is a moment for students to not only increase their religious devotion but also strengthen their social bonds. This enthusiasm was reflected in the 2026 KOPSI FEB UNAIR Iftar event held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Kedai Ori Manyar in Surabaya.
This activity provided a space for administrators to briefly step away from their organizational routines and build closer relationships on a more personal level. Twenty-nine KOPSI FEB UNAIR administrators attended in a warm atmosphere filled with relaxed interaction and camaraderie.
The event began with a socializing session, followed by games and icebreakers designed to lighten the mood. These activities not only provided fun but also provided a space for members to get to know each other better.
Through fluid and communicative interactions, members indirectly learn the importance of collaboration, empathy, and effective communication within an organization. The togetherness built in this relaxed atmosphere provides a crucial foundation for strengthening future teamwork.
The organizing committee, Nisrina Izza Wahyu Safara, stated that this event has more meaning than just breaking the fast together. "This breaking of the fast is a special moment to strengthen ties and build stronger togetherness among members," she said.
Besides being a forum for socializing, this activity also serves as a learning platform for the organization. The coordination and implementation process trains members in managing activities in a structured manner, while also fostering a sense of collective responsibility.
With a warm and togetherness-filled atmosphere, this activity is expected to strengthen a sense of family and solidarity among members. Furthermore, the values of togetherness established are expected to be maintained and reflected in all of KOPSI's future work programs.
In closing, the 2026 KOPSI FEB UNAIR Iftar is not only a ceremonial Ramadan event, but also a strategic momentum in fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and sustainable organizational culture.
