Abstract

This research was conducted on production employees of PT Industri Soda Indonesia (Persero) with the aim of knowing the motivational factors that influence employee work productivity and to find out which factors have the dominant influence on the work productivity of production employees. The motivational variables studied are need for achievement, need for power, need for affiliation, need for security.
