CHARITY is a work program of the Department of Social Observation of Catholic Spiritual Services FEB UNAIR Period 2020. The purpose of this event is to foster a sense of brotherhood and a tangible manifestation of love and concern for others, especially those in need. In addition, this activity also aims to strengthen togetherness and intimacy among Catholic students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. This event was held at the Karunia Orphanage and took place on December 5, 2020. Starting on Saturday morning and ending on Saturday afternoon This event was attended by several friends of the Catholic Spiritual Service with the theme "Kindness for Happiness".

The event schedule began with a gathering of the committee and participants at Bank Mandiri FEB UNAIR at 09.00. After the committee and participants were present and registered, the trip continued to the Karunia Orphanage located at Jalan I Wonosari Wetan Baru gg IX no 2A, Bandar, Surabaya 60154. The trip took 30 minutes. The event started at 10.30 and the opening of the CHARITY event was marked by a prayer together and remarks from the head of the CHARITY committee. After the opening, the committee and participants shared stories about life at the orphanage, hardships during COVID-19 and future targets. 

After the sharing session concluded, the next event was the donation ceremony. The donations consisted of basic necessities and cash. The committee also presented plaques as a memento and a token of appreciation. Then, the committee, participants, and children were invited to take a group photo. The event concluded at 10:45 a.m. and concluded with a prayer. At exactly 10:50 a.m., the committee and participants said their goodbyes and thanked the person in charge of the Karunia Orphanage before heading home.
