Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga is holding an annual event, Management Expo 2022. UASTEC ( Universitas Airlangga Stock Exchange Competition) is one of the sub-events that will be held in this series of events. UASTEC is a stock and capital market competition for high school/vocational school students at the national level. This year UASTEC is carrying the theme "The Rise of Young Investors: Seize Local Opportunities of International Market" as an effort to increase investment interest in both national and international capital markets.
UASTEC 2022 is related to SDGs number 8, namely Decent Work and Economic Growth. Decent work and good economic growth are among the goals that must be achieved. As future leaders of the nation, this responsibility lies in the hands of students.
The high investment rate will have a positive effect on the country's economic growth. Therefore, HIMA S1 Management will hold UASTEC 2022 which is a stock investment simulation competition in the capital market for high school/vocational school and equivalent students. This competition is aimed at increasing knowledge about investment and providing a forum for providing direct experience of buying and selling shares for students.

UASTEC National Webinar 2022
Universitas Airlangga Stock Exchange Competition or abbreviated as UASTEC, is a stock and capital market competition for all high school/vocational school and equivalent participants at the national level which aims to foster interest in investing and increase interest in continuing their studies at the Bachelor of Management Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga .
UASTEC 2022 is one of the sub-events of Management Expo 2022 which is a forum for applying understanding of capital markets. This year UASTEC is carrying the theme "The Rise of Young Investors: Seize Local Opportunities of International Market" as an effort to increase investment interest in both national and international capital markets.
To support millennial understanding of investment, UASTEC 2022 presents a National Webinar as one of a series of events. The theme of this webinar is "Understanding Investment for Young Investors to Avoid FOMO in International Markets". The 2022 UASTEC webinar aims to provide education and information about how to learn about investing, the correct mindset in managing personal finances, and how to become an investor in the Indonesian capital market who is not affected by FOMO.
UASTEC National Webinar 2022 will be held online via Zoom meeting on August 27 2022 at 12.30 WIB. The speakers at the 2022 UASTEC National Webinar were Bernadus Wijaya (Chief Executive Officer at Sucor Sekuritas) and Syanne Gracetine Polii (Senior Research Analyst at Ternak Uang). The presenter for this webinar is Rafifah Auria (S1 Management Student Universitas Airlangga ) with moderator Pruedence Nikita (S1 Management Student Universitas Airlangga ).
This webinar is free and can be attended by all UASTEC 2022 participants, high school/vocational school or university students, as well as the general public who are interested in managing finances or investing using stock instruments for a better future.
