ASEAN needs to accelerate progress on the 17 point Sustainable Development Goals. The United Nations' 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. Currently, ASEAN needs to pursue achieving the 17 point Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. As the young generation living in the ASEAN region, they have the responsibility and right to contribute to solving existing problems. Responsibility to bring ASEAN to realize the 17 point Sustainable Development Goals. Therefore, Global Youth Action wants to accommodate innovation regarding the SDGs. Increase more understanding and knowledge about society in the ASEAN region.

The Youth Innovation Forum is a platform for young leaders to share and learn about implementation of innovative ideas and activities to realize Sustainable Development Goals. As well as encouraging youth to have a positive impact on the surrounding environment. The Youth Innovation Forum will be held offline in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand on 10-15 August 2022. This program hopes to make young people leaders in the future. Increasing youth contributions so that they have added value for creative idea abilities. This activity was initiated by Global Youth Action, which is an international youth organization that creates collaboration between youth in Indonesia and the world. Previously, Global Youth Action successfully organized national and international programs. Global Youth Action also participates in supporting and campaigning for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) initiated by the United Nations (UN), namely point 4 "Inclusive and Equitable Quality Education".
