OPEN EDX WORKSHOP FOR LECTURERS OF THE FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS WHO ARE JOINED IN AFEBI, A COLLABORATION BETWEEN AFEBI AND ICE INSTITUTE
(FEB NEWS) Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA. – The Dean of FEB UNAIR who is also the National Executive Board of AFEBI (Association of Indonesian Faculties of Economics and Business), hosted the Open Edx Workshop for 2 days, May 25-26, 2023, for lecturers of the faculties of economics and business who are members of AFEBI. The Open Edx Workshop event is a collaboration between AFEBI and the ICE Institute. It is hoped that AFEBI, through the ICE Institute, can provide a variety of course options.
According to Dr. Mery Citra Sondari, SE, M.Si – Secretary General of AFEBI, that from the results of this workshop held, it is hoped that participants can save their courses on the Open Edx platform, which can be enjoyed by participants from various universities in Indonesia. In addition, the ICE Institute Platform can also be used as an MBKM platform, where if students during the MBKM program have difficulty obtaining/fulfilling 20 credits of lectures, then students can register through the ICE Institute. After registering, students can choose several courses totaling 20 credits and of course it needs to be coordinated with their study program. And for lecturers who provide lectures through the ICE Institute, they will receive a certificate of online learning module organizer, recognition of providing lectures at the national level as at Padjajaran University (depending on the policies of each Faculty/University).
In this Workshop, participants will receive a certificate from the ICE Institute. As a member of AFEBI, Dr. Mery Citra Sondari, SE, M.Si invites you to participate/contribute to filling the ICE Institute platform, so that AFEBI's name is increasingly known as the Association of Indonesian Faculty of Economics and Business, and also facilitates students for online student exchanges. Alhamdulillah, under the Leadership of Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA. – AFEBI National Board of Directors, which coordinates Online Learning (Special Commission for Online Learning in AFEBI). Hopefully this Workshop event can be useful, for the Institution and also for AFEBI.
On the 2nd day, the event was closed by Dr. Wisnu Wibowo – Vice Dean I of FEB UNAIR, representing the AFEBI National Management Board/Dean of FEB UNAIR, as the host of the Open Edx Workshop which is a collaboration between the ICE Institute and AFEBI.
