Learning with Prizes at Campus Lecturing

There was an interesting learning method on Tuesday, November 14, for undergraduate students of Management FEB Universitas Airlangga. They get visits from practitioners and alumni who have been successful at Superindo to share their knowledge.
Practitioners who are speakers are also very experts in the retail sector, including:
Mr. Wirawan Winarto (Vice President Operation), Mr. Levi Febryn (Div. Head of Human Resource & Organizational Development), Mrs. Yuvlinda Susanta (Dept. Head of Corporate Communications & Sustainability).
What made the event exciting was the games and shopping voucher prizes on the sidelines of the event. Students who are already enthusiastic about the speakers' presentations are increasingly stimulated to actively ask and answer questions. For the manager of the S1 Management Study Program, Mrs. Dr Masmira Kurniawati, the event was very positive for students to get real experience in the retail world. The same thing was conveyed by the Dean of FEB Universitas Airlangga, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, MSi, Ak in the opening speech which essentially builds linkage between practitioners and academics must continue to be pursued by managers.

Thus, the learning on Tuesday can be said to make all parties happy, both students, managers and practitioners from Superindo.
